AT+CSODCP Sending of originating data via the control plane
The
command is used by the TE to transmit NONIP data over control plane to network via MT.

value shall be set to zero. The maximum data length is 1358 bytes when NONIP is used. Data exceeding the
maximum length will be discarded.
