Instructions
NOTE:
Competent, qualified personnel should install,
operate, and service this equipment. Strictly comply to
local, state, and national electrical and building codes.
When using this equipment, comply with regulations
established by the National Electrical Code (NEC), CSA
Standard; the Occupational Safety and Health Adminis
-
tration (OSHA), or the local agency for workplace health
and safety.
1.
Initiate an inverter shutdown by pressing the red
Shutdown button on the inverter front control panel.
2.
Allow DC voltage to drop below 10VDC.
3.
Open all PWRcell DC Disconnects and verify DC
voltage reported on LCD screen has dropped to
below 10VDC.
4.
Disconnect AC Grid source to inverter and wait for
Inverter LCD screen to turn off.
5.
Ensure all sources of AC and DC Power are dis
-
connected.
6.
Open the inverter front cover to horizontal and
push inward to lock in the open position.
7.
Use a Phillips Head screwdriver to remove the wir
-
ing compartment cover (5 screws total).
8.
Locate the 4 standoffs on the rear sheet metal
panel.
9.
Place mounting plate over the standoffs and
secure with the included mounting screws.
10.
Follow wiring diagram on the backside to complete
PWRView meter install.
11.
Clip PWRView meter onto the mounting plate.
12.
Replace dead-front over the inverter wiring com
-
partment and tighten screws.
13.
Close front cover.
14.
Power on inverter.
15.
Follow install verification steps on next page to
confirm everything is in working order.
