Loosen and remove the closing screw in the air filter cover.

Open the cover and extract the filtering element.

Clean the filter in a water and soap solution. Allow it to dry completely.

Dip the dry
filter in oil, the same type used in the generator engine.

Drain by pressing the air filter with your hand.

Once cleaned and drained, install the filtering element in the filter box and close
it with the cover closing screw.
