How to Adjust the Oscillate Relief
Valve – Models with Proportional
Relief
Note: Perform this procedure with the machine in
the stowed position and in high torque mode.
1
Connect a 0 to 5000 psi / 0 to 350 bar
pressure gauge to test port #2 (TP2) on the
function manifold.

Disconnect the harness from the oscillate
supply coil and the steer right coil.

Connect the oscillate supply harness to the
steer right coil and the steer right harness to
the oscillate supply coil.

Turn the key switch to platform control and pull
out the red Emergency Stop button to the on
position at both the ground and platform
controls.

Steer the machine to the right and hold. Note
the pressure readings on the pressure gauge.

Use a wrench to hold the oscillate relief valve
and remove the cap.

Adjust the internal hex socket. Turn it
clockwise to increase the pressure or
counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.
Install the relief valve cap.
Tip-over hazard. Do not adjust
the relief valve higher than
specified.
Repeat this procedure beginning with step 5 to
confirm the relief valve pressure.

Connect the harness back to the original
position.

Remove the pressure gauge.
