Operation:

Set the boom to horizontal position with the 
telescope slightly extended to work on the 
cylinder connecting pin (rod side)

Remove the screw fixing the pin to the boom 
section using two 17mm wrench.

  Extract out and knock the pin using a plug of 

soft material (aluminium, copper, wood, etc.)

Remove the two screws of the bracket 

using 

a 22mm wrench.

  Place a container of suitable size under the 

hydraulic piping before disconnecting

legally authorised centres.

  With a 24 mm wrench, disconnect the two 

hydraulic hoses from the blocking valve, then 
plug the disconnected connectors to prevent 
dust and impurities from entering the circuit.
