WORKING IN VICINITY OF A LEAD ACID BATTERY IS
DANGEROUS. BATTERIES GENERATE EXPLOSIVE GASES
DURING NORMAL BATTERY OPERATION. FOR THIS REASON,
IT IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE THAT YOU FOLLOW THE
INSTRUCTIONS EACH TIME YOU USE THE POWER PACK.
•
To reduce risk of battery explosion, follow these instructions
and those published by battery manufacturer and
manufacturer of any equipment you intend to use in
vicinity of the battery. Review cautionary marking on these
products and on engine.
•
Do not sit unit on flammable materials such as carpeting,
upholstery, paper, cardboard, etc…
•
Do not jumpstart a vehicle while charging the internal
battery.
•
Never place the unit directly above the battery being
jumped.

WORK AREA SAFETY

Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite
accidents.
•
Do not operate Genie ReliaVolt™ in explosive atmospheres,
such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. The
Genie ReliaVolt™ can create sparks which may ignite the dust
or fumes.
•
Keep children and bystanders away while operating the Genie
ReliaVolt™.
•
Store idle equipment. Always lock up tools and keep out of
reach of children.
