When using an electrical appliance, basic precaution should always be followed, including
the following:
IMPORTANT: This appliance is intended for household use only
1.
Read all instructions before using the appliance.
2.
Do not leave the vacuum cleaner unattended.
3.
Warning: Fully assemble the vacuum cleaner before operation.
4.
Do not leave vacuum cleaner when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before
servicing.
5.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
6.
Do not allow this appliance to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or
near children.
7.
Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufactures recommend attachments.
8.
Do not use with damaged cord or plug.
9.
If vacuum cleaner is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or
dropped into water, return it to a service center.
10.
Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close door on cord, or pull cord around
sharp edges or corners. Do not run vacuum cleaner over cord. Keep cord away from heated
surfaces.
11.
Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
12.
Do not handle plug or vacuum cleaner with wet hands.
13.
Do not put any object into openings.
14.
Do not use with any opening blocked. Keep free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may
reduce airflow.
15.
Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
16.
Turn all controls off before unplugging.
17.
Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
18.
Do not use this appliance to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or
use in areas where they may be present. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking,
such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
19.
Do not use an inadmissable extension cord with this appliance.
20.
Keep end of hose, wands and other openings away from your face and body. Keep your hands,
feet, hair and clothing away from moving parts.
21.
Do not use without dust bag and/or filter in place.
22.
Keep the vacuum cleaner stored indoors. Put the vacuum cleaner away after use to prevent
tripping accidents.
23.
Hold plug when rewinding onto cord reel. Do not allow plug to whip when rewinding.
24.
Always turn off the appliance before connecting the hose or nozzle.
25.
Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of defect, send the appliance to an
authorized service centre for maintenance.
26.
During longer use, pull out at lest 2/3 of the cord.
27.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or
a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
