7. I can see the image, but cannot hear any sound.
a. Make sure the hardware and driver of the sound card is correct on your
computer.
b. Please check the volume is not mute.
8. Why can’t I start the application?
a. Your system needs to have the sound card and driver installed.

management function will reduce the operation frequency of CPU, please
