These filter elements are manufactured to the highest quality standards to ensure the best performance and reliability.
Materials of construction are as follows:
End Caps
POM / Stainless steel / Alluminum / PETP
Inner and outer cylinder:
stretched perforated stainless steel
First / Final Filtration Layer:
superbonded PES or fiber glass
High Efficiency Filtration layer:
borosilicate glass microfibre depth “sandwich”
(CA-CAS: depth “sandwich” made of borosilicate glassmicrofibreimpregnated by sinter activated carbon )
Drainage Layer (if fitted; not for RD)
polyester needle felt or coloured foam
Potting
two part polyurethane
FILTER ELEMENT PERFORMANCE:
The filter element guarantees following performances based on its filtering grade:
IMPORTANT NOTE:

Do not use the element out of the limits declared in the above table.

Once differential pressure limits/or usage hours would be achived,filter element should be replaced.

Only competent personnel is allowed to install,make maintenance or replace filter elements
-
It’s forbidden to move or to replace any filter element from the filter housing under pressure.
