Oil Cartridge Filling Tips
It’s natural to want to fill the smaller V2 oil cartridge to the top.
Unfortunately, it’s a bad idea. The reason is that the vapor is produced at the
bottom of the cartridge and needs to “bubble up” through the solid layer of
concentrate above it. We recommend 0.4 g of concentrate(about half full) per
V2 cartridge.
If you overfill your cartridge you’ll have difficulty getting airflow when you
inhale. If this happens you have two options. The first is to use a lighter to
heat the side of the cartridge so that the concentrate inside melts a little bit
making it easier for the vapor to escape. If a lighter is not available press and
hold the button on your vape and inhale very gently. Be patient. It can take
up to 15 seconds to establish airflow. If you inhale quickly you risk sucking
concentrate into the mouth tip. When airflow is established you’ll hear a
popping sound and feel a sudden increase in airflow. It’s unmistakable.
If you accidentally spill concentrate onto the side of a cartridge you can clean
the outside of the cartridge using an alcohol wipe or a paper towel soaked
with rubbing alcohol.
