6. TROUBLESHOOTING
6.1 Bluetooth Setup and Connection
The following sections show common error messaging that may be displayed when setting up
and trying to connect to the Remote Module via Bluetooth. Also included are potential solutions
to the errors shown.
6.1.1 “Cannot Connect…the passcode is incorrect”
“Cannot connect. Your device did not connect with GK405SNxxxxxxxxx. The
connection failed or the passcode is incorrect.”

The message shown in Figure 79 is most commonly caused by tapping the “Connect”
menu item from Bluetooth Device Context Menu (see Figure 80 on the following page)
after a successful pairing has been established. If the Connect menu item has been
pressed and the error message from Figure 79 is seen, the pairing is not corrupted and
does
not
need to be set up again.
