For 8002-4-1 (RS-232):
Configure the COM port (typically COM1 or COM2) as 9600 Bits per
second, 8 Data bits, no Parity, 1 Stop bit, no Flow control.
For 8002-4-2 (USB):
Configure the new COM port that is added when the LC-2 is connected as
9600 Bits per second, 8 Data bits, no Parity, 1 Stop bit, no Flow control.
