Congratulations and thank you for purchasing a DISTA T500

pedometer. This complete product allows you to monitor

your training. It measures your number of steps and

calculates the distance you cover, the calories you expend,

exercise time and average speed. It uses two stride lengths to

adapt automatically to your type of activity (walking or running). 

Its “data” mode can record information from five training sessions. 

For the distance to be calculated accurately, you will need to follow
the stride length setting procedure carefully. Read the instructions
carefully before use and keep them for the entire life of the product.
