(e) It is necessary to guarantee the temperature and humidity values of the site into
which the UPS will be installed. These should be within the range allowed by the
specification. The UPS is capable of continuous normal operation within a

reliability, and to prolong UPS’s lifetime, it is recommended to keep the
environment temperature below 25

(f) If the UPS is installed outdoors, avoid direct exposure of the UPS to the sunlight,
wind, and rain. Avoid any exposure to sand or dust.
(g) The floor loading capacity should be high enough to endure the weight of the
UPS. The UPS is mounted on four right-angled steel angles. Insert corresponding
bolts and nut2 (dia.1/2”) into the floor for securing the UPS on the floor when it is
located in an area where earthquakes is possible, or where motion may occur, e.g.
vehicle mounted. Layout dimensions, in millimeters, are shown below.
