The examination starts first with the rest phase. In this phase, the
measured values are determined without physical exercise as a
reference for the subsequent exercise. In this phase, the patient
should come to rest as much as possible. In addition to stable
measured values, it is important to ensure that the patient does
not hyperventilate (VE clearly above 10l/min, RER above 1.00).
During the rest phase, the events can be used to record
additional data via the toolbar (see chap. 3.1.3.5)

Start of the Load Phase

Start load.
For this:
Press the "Load" [1]
button.
In the exercise phase, the patient is physically exercised on the
ergometer or treadmill according to the load protocol. In this
phase, the development of the measured values under physical
stress is recorded. If possible, the load should be carried out to
the patient's maximum capacity as long as none of the criteria
have been reached at the end of the load, see table below.
During the load phase, the events can be used to record
additional data via the toolbar (see chap. 3.1.3.5)
