Sensor:
- The sensor detects the end of the media to prevent the knife
from damaging the cutting strip.

Pinch rollers:
- The pinch rollers (one at each side) press the media onto
the drive sleeves.

Cutting strip:
- The cutting strip prevents damage to the knife tip when the
cutter is turned on and no media has been loaded. Since cutting takes
place on the cutting strip, it is essential that the cutting strip remain intact.
9.
Alignment strip:
- The front alignment strip facilitates proper media loading
and should be used in conjunction with the rear alignment strip.
10.
Media deflection flap:
- An extra guide that prevents curled media from
getting jammed underneath the cutter.
