Drink a glass of water before the start of the session.
• Connect the power cord to outlet, make sure it`s
tight connected.
• Press the “
POWER
” key, the massager begins to
swing, indicator light of 5 minutes lighted.
• Press the “
SPEED
” key, the speed ascend or
descend. Speed class: low-mid-high
• Press the “
TIMING
” key, choose 5, 10, 15, 20
minutes, the indicator lights will show.
Body position during a massage
