Entering the facility area
1.
On HMI select “Entrance” to the desired zone 1-3 (Loading, Unloading or Buffer),
there is one button for each zone. The button starts to flash when entrance is
requested.

In Auto wait until the equipment stops in a controlled way, where production is not
affected by a stop.
If a transport into the autoclave is in progress, the
transportation will proceed until finished and the doors will close
.
The entrance request button will light up in green when the equipment is stopped in
controlled way. Access is now enabled for the zone. In manual, access is always
enabled. Note: It’s always safe to enter the robot cell through the access doors.

Light on button “Vrijgave sleutel”/” Release key” in Haake box lights up.
Press the button, which releases the A keys. This prevents the system to be
restarted without entering all A keys into the system. System is now locked in Safe
PLC, nothing can restart.

An A Key is used to unlock the gate.
5.
The B key is released when unlocking the gate, which is subsequently kept by the
operator to prevent closure of the gate and consequently also preventing restart of
the machine.

Lock doors with B key and return A key to key box.
7.
When all keys are back in key box, restart through the HMI.
Exit area, autoclave door open
If the autoclave door is open when you want to reset the outer fence, you must first
confirm that the chamber is empty. This is to avoid anyone being trapped in it.
To reset and confirm empty chamber, press a reset button located at the respective
autoclave door.
When you press the button, you have about 90 seconds to get out of the cell, close external
protection and restore from the HMI.
