Manual rack handling
A rack can at any time be unloaded/loaded on both sides of the system, however, there are
restrictions on exactly which racks that can be loaded/unloaded in order to not impede the
proper functioning of the robotics system.
The picture above shows a flow-chart over the robotic system.
When unloaded, all data loaded in the shift register for the specific rack ID will be stored
in the system.
The rack ID will be read in the unload position and system will set the position of this rack
to “0”, indicating that the rack is outside of the system.
When reloaded, the system will read the unique rack ID and the loading sequence will
start. This is based on the position where the rack is loaded.
