6.2.5 Fitting the pre-assembled module bearer on the left and right

Unsecured components may fall when under load.

When mounting the module bearer, make sure that its entire length is suspended in the running rail (2).

Position the right module bearer (3) in such a way that it does not collide with the motor.

Position the left module bearer (1) in such a way that it does not collide with the locking mechanism or the
return pulley.
X

Screw the pre-assembled module bearer left (1) and right (3) to the running rail (2).
Tightening torques, see drive diagram.
6.2.6 Mounting the toothed belt

Thread the toothed belt on the motor pulley
and return pulley, shorten if necessary.

Insert toothed belt ends (1) into the toothed
belt lock (2) (3 teeth per side).

Fit the toothed belt lock (2) with screws (4)
onto the short driver (3).

Do
not
tighten screws yet.
