7.1
Mechanical service
7.1.1 Checking toothed belt tension

Put the door in operation.
The toothed belt may not lift up from the motor gear or skip when braking and accelerating.

If the toothed belt lifts up or skips, increase the toothed belt tension:
à
Mark motor position on the running rail.
à
Move motor to the right in 1 mm increments.

7.2 Maintenance check
The mandatory maintenance work on the Slimdrive SL NT and Slimdrive SL NT-FR is to be carried out by properly
trained personnel:
à
at least once a year
or
à
when the service indicator on the programme switch lights up (see wiring diagram)
Provide test documents and keep them up-to-date.
After completing the maintenance work, always execute the learning function for the door
