8.1 Mechanical faults

Running rail deformed

Replace the running rail

Door leaf does not move smoothly

Check the door leaf (see below)
Roller carriage jammed or defective, high wear at the
rollers

Replace the carrier roller (see below),
clean the running rail
Toothed belt damaged

Replace the toothed belt

8.1.1 Checking door leaf

Separate moving leaf from toothed belt via belt lock.
X
X
Move door leaves and check for smooth movement.
X
X
If door leaves move smoothly:
Check the drive motor and replace it if necessary.
8.2 Replacing the roller carriage
X

Loosen the driver from the toothed belt lock.
X
X
Separate the driver from the roller carriage.
X
X
Secure the roller carriage against tilting using the leaf mounting aid (see chapter 6.2.2).
X
X
Loosen the hanger bolts on the roller carriage (see chapter 6.2.2).
X
X
Remove the door leaf.
X
X
Loosen the track-supporting rollers.
X
X
Remove the leaf mounting aid and replace the roller carriage.
X
X
Reinstall the roller carriage in the reverse order. For torques see the drive drawing.
8.3 Replacing the brushes on the roller carriage

Remove the roller carriage, see chapter 8.2.
X
X
Pull the brushes out of the roller carriage.
X
X
Clean the pulley of the roller carriage and insert a new brush.
X
X
Reinstall roller carriage in reverse order.
