11  WEEKLY MAINTENANCE 

11.1  Replacing the rear squeegee rubber (Fig. 11) 

Proceed as follows to change the drying edge of the rear squeegee rubber if it is worn and does not dry properly: 
1.  Remove the squeegee; 
2.  Open the blade hook and unscrew the lock handwheels; 
3.  Pull out the rubber-pressing blade and the rubber; 
4.  Turn the rubber over or replace it as necessary; 
5.  Reassemble by performing these procedures in reverse order. 
 

11.2  Replacing the front squeegee rubber (Fig. 11) 

Aspiration  is  poor  and  the  machine  will  not  dry  perfectly  if  the  front  squeegee  rubber  is  worn.  Proceed  as  follows  to 
replace: 
1.  Remove thesqueegee; 
2.  Unscrew the nuts that clamp the front rubber; 
3.  Pull out the rubber-pressing blade and the rubber; 
4.  Turn the rubber over or replace it as necessary; 
5.  Reassemble by performing these procedures in reverse order. 
 

11.3  Cleaning the vacuum hose 

If  aspiration  is  insufficient  check  that  the  aspiration  tube  is  not  clogged.  Clean  as  necessary  with  a  jet  of  water, 
proceeding as follows: 
1.  Detach the aspiration tube from the cover on the recovery tank from the steel spring and from squeegee; 
2.  Clean it with a jet of water, spraying from the part where it is inserted into the tank 
3.  Reassemble everything by repeating these procedures in reverse order 
 

11.4  Cleaning the recovery tank 

Proceede following the indications in chapter “10.1 Cleaning the recovery tank 
 

11.5  Cleaning of the vacuum filter 

Unscrew the filter from the plastic cover, remove it from its housing and rinse with water. Pay attention not to lose the ball 
it contains (Fig. 8) 
 

11.6  Cleaning filter circuit 

Machine has a cartridge filter mountedunder the frame on the right side (Fig. 12) 
1.  Drain the solution tank; 
2.  Unscrew the filter; 
3.  Remove the cartridge and clean it with a water jet; 
4.  Reassemble everything by repeating these procedures in reverse order.
