„Tool“ symbol with
code number
This shows that there is a fault in the electrical
drive system which you cannot repair yourself.
NOTE:
You should contact your specialist workshop for
bicycles immediately. Continuing to ride the EPAC
may cause material damage.

„Tool“ symbol without
code number
This shows that the regular service is due.
NOTE:
Contact a specialist bicycle dealer as soon as
possible and have the service carried out. Do
not ride your EPAC until the service has been
performed.

Code number without
the „tool“ symbol
This shows that there is a fault which you may be
able to correct yourself.

Display of the current
speed
This permanently shows the current speed.
K
Display of the
charge status of the
rechargeable battery
pack
This shows the charge status of the rechargeable
battery pack in 4% steps.
L
Set button
This switches the pedalling assistance on and off.
It also sets the pedalling assistance level.
Press the set button repeatedly until the desired
pedalling assistance level appears in the pedalling
assistance display.
The „cyclist“ symbol appears on the left next to the
pedalling assistance level shown.
M
Light button
This switches the illumination of the display on and
off.
Switching on the illumination:
Press the light button (M) briefly.
The „illumination“ symbol appears in the display.
The illumination of the display is switched on.
Switching off the illumination:
Press the light button (M) again briefly.
The „illumination“ symbol disappears from the
display.
The illumination of the display is switched off.
NOTE:
Even if the EPAC is stationary, the illumination of
the display remains switched on.
