Meter alarm settings
: in this case we will refer to the STATUS BYTE defined by the M-Bus
protocol and can be defined by associating alarms from bit 2 to bit 7. The alarms must be set
manually by referring to the datasheet of the counter. The definition of alarms to be set
according to binary logic by associating to each and every bit an alarm
