23.0 Troubleshooting
In this section there is information about how to troubleshoot minor
issues that might occur whilst using the device.
Mipal not responding
If your Mipal isn’t responding then hold the “Power Off” button for 7
seconds then let go, if it still doesn’t respond then you will need to press
the reset button.
Applications
Here are a list of issues you might encounter whilst using the device
• If there is a problem opening an application or during the
operation of the application then it may be due to the application
not responding. Try the “Home Button” if it is still unresponsive
turn the device off and on again.
• If the application is still not responsive then contact your place of
purchase. If the application was purchased or downloaded after
purchase then please visit:

provide customer support for applications downloaded from 3rd
parties.
• If there is some applications missing please visit the manual
and look in the section “Getting started” and look at part 4.5
“Applications Explained” and find the application you are missing
and please contact place of purchase.
• If you notice a small “!” symbol on the “Status Bar” please place
your finger at the top middle of the screen on the “Status Bar” and
slowly drag your finger downwards. A menu will appear that will
list any errors currently on the device (for example a USB stick
could have been unplugged incorrectly) to remove this symbol just
click on the explanation.
