2- Place the heel into the opening on
the cup.
3- Apply the shells on each side of the
foot so that the malleoli are covered.
4- Tighten the lower strap and then the
upper strap.
5- With the brace on, slide the foot into a
spacious, stable shoe. Do not use
pumps or any shoes with high heels. If
the shoe has a thick, removable inner
sole, taking it out will make walking more
comfortable.
6- Loosening may occur with use.
Retighten the straps if this occurs.
7- If you feel local discomfort and/or
tingling, release the s t raps and reposition
the shells.
8- On medical advice, the joint on the
brace can be temporarily locked using
the screws provided in the box.
CARE INSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE
AND DISPOSAL
Keep the device away from sources of
excessive heat.
Wipe the plastic parts with a clean, damp
cloth. The removable lateral protection
can be machine washed (delicate cycle,
low temperature).
Hand wash in warm soapy water
(maximum 40°C), rinse thoroughly.
Wring out gently; do not bleach; dry flat,
away from a source of excessive heat
(ex: radiators), do not tumble dry; do not
iron; do not dry clean.
The device and packaging must
be disposed of in accordance with
respective local or national environmental
regulations.
