Installation Notices for the U.2, M.2, SATA and PCI Express Connectors:
Due to the limited number of lanes provided by the Chipset, the availability of the U.2 and SATA connectors may
be affected by the type of devices installed in the M2M_32G, M2P_32G, PCIEX1_1, PCIEX1_2, and PCIEX4_2
connectors. Refer to the following table for details.

you can decide which of the two can have the bandwidth priority over the other one.
