This Item defines the Terminal’s IP address on a Local Area Network (LAN). Each TR4030 must be
assigned a
unique
IP address. It is a common convention to write the IP address in a so-called “dot
notation”, i.e. “192.168.100.40”. Consult with your Network Administrator to determine the suitable IP
address for each TR4030 you are planning to install on the network. Note, that the matching IP address
must also be set in the PC software you are using to control the TR4030.
Default value for this setting is “192.168.100.40”. ProxData’s
TR4020/4030 Control Center
for
Windows
software selects this IP address by default as well.
