The TR40xx features an external reader (scanner) port that can be used to attach an auxiliary device.
Reading the card on the external device generates a Time and Attendance record in exactly the same
manner as with the internal (built-in) reader.
Baudrate
defines the speed setting for the external reader (scanner) port. Possible values for this
Setting and their corresponding baud rates are listed below:

bps
3 9600
bps
4 19200
bps
All other serial port parameters are fixed at 8 bits, no parity, 1 stop bit.
Default value for this Setting is 3 (9600 bps).
