Cleaning your machine
Before using the machine for the first time, you should
clean it thoroughly.
1. Lift up and remove the
splashguard.
2. Pull the carameliser up and off.
3. Turn the bowl anticlockwise until
you can lift it up and off.
• The bowl, splashguard and measuring scoop can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• Clean the carameliser in warm water. Leave it to soak in a solution of warm
water (60o
C) and washing up liquid for 20 minutes if you need to remove stubborn
sugar incrustations.
• Carefully wipe the machine body with a damp sponge.
Make sure that no water
gets inside! If water does get inside the body, let it dry completely before you use
the machine again.
