Driver’s Seat Maintenance
The USSC seat requires little maintenance. Certain items should be checked daily, weekly, and monthly.
Refer to the list below for the maintenance schedule:
Daily
Check that seat functions are not obstructed by foreign objects.
Weekly
Check the following seat functions and adjustments and repair as required:
• Fore/aft
• Height
• Rake
• Back recline
• Lumbar
• Bolsters
• Air valve
• Seat belt
Monthly
• Check fore/aft slides. If more than 1mm play, replace slide assembly. Otherwise, grease slides.
• Check shock absorbers. If seat bounces too much, replace both shocks.
• Check seat mounting fasteners. Seat must be securely fastened to the coach floor.
• Check backrest and bearing bolts.
