GIMA WARRANTY TERMS
The Gima 12-month standard B2B warranty applies.

2. This product from the date of sale within a week of non-human factors of quality problems,
the company is responsible for package return, replacement, repair.
In the normal use and custody, the main frame of this product from the date of leaving the
factory within one year of quality problems can enjoy a free warranty service within one
year; products from the factory after a year of quality problems, users can according to in-
voices and warranty cards to the company’s after-sales service department or dealer, the
company provides parts for maintenance, reasonable fees, for you to make satisfactory
service, thank you for cooperation!
3. The following cases do not fall within the scope of free maintenance:
• The wearing parts such as the back cushion, the tire, the armrest pad and the plastic parts
are not in the warranty scope.
• The fault caused by improper use, maintenance and improper storage is not required in
the manual.
• The fault caused by self-assembly and disassembly.
• Due to other accidental or man-made damage.
4. Replacement cycle and replacement method of vulnerable parts: it is recommended that
vulnerable parts such as seat back pad, tire, handheld pad and plastic parts be replaced
every year; wheelchair car should be disassembled by local dealer / manufacturer, and it
is suggested that it should not be removed and replaced by itself.
