Crispy Shrimp
2 eggs
12 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning®
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
cocktail sauce
1. In a small bowl, beat the eggs.
2. In a larger bowl, mix the seasoning with the breadcrumbs.
3. Dip each shrimp into the eggs and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Spray the perforated pan with cooking spray, and place the shrimp on it (in
a single layer) on the tall rack. You may have to do in batches.
5. Cook at 350
o F for 10 minutes, or until crispy.
6. Serve with the lemon and cocktail sauce.
Serves 4
Meatloaf
1 lb. lean ground beef
1–2 slices bread, cubed
½ medium onion, minced
2 eggs
½ stalk celery, minced
salt & pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup ketchup
1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients, except the ketchup, with your
hands.
2. Press the meat mixture into a round 8 or 9

oven-safe pan and top with
the ketchup.
3. Bake at 400o F for 30 minutes. When done, the internal temperature at
the center of the meatloaf should be 160o
F.
