Tip:
Brush a little cooking oil onto the grill/griddle to keep the
nonstick surface “seasoned.”
USING THE GRILL/GRIDDLE
1. Center the drip pan on the base and set the hot plate on the base.

of space all around the appliance to allow air to
circulate and to avoid fire hazards.
3. Use in a well ventilated area.
4. Insert the temperature control probe into the socket on the hot plate.
5. Set the temperature dial to 0.
6. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
7. Set the temperature dial to the desired temperature per your recipe.
8. The indicator light will come on. This light will stay on until the grill/griddle
reaches the set temperature. During use, this light will cycle on and off as
the temperature is being maintained.
9. Cook food per recipe instructions and use lid as needed.
10. When finished, turn off the appliance and unplug the power cord from
the electrical outlet.
11. When the hot plate is completely cool, remove the probe from the
socket.
