1. Turn off and unplug the appliance.
2. Always allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
3. Remove the temp. probe from the socket.
4. Use a paper towel to wipe grease and other residue from the nonstick
surface. Use a soft cloth, sponge or rubber spatula to remove any stuck-on
food.
5. DO NOT use abrasive brushes, pads or harsh cleaning solutions.
6. DO NOT immerse the hot plate in water, but carefully hand wash the
nonstick surface with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.
7. Hand wash the lid, drip pan and base with warm soapy water and rinse.

DO NOT immerse any electrical appliance, cord or plug into water.
9. Ensure all parts are dried thoroughly before reassembling and using
this appliance.
