Easy Teriyaki Chicken
8 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
4 slices pineapple
½ cup prepared Teriyaki sauce
1. Preheat the grill on 5 (400
o
F) for a few minutes. Place the chicken on the
grill and reduce heat to 4 (350
o
F).
2. Cover and cook the chicken, turning as needed, until browned on both
sides.
3. Reduce heat to 3 (265
o F). Baste the chicken with the sauce, turning
as needed, until the internal temperature is 160o
F (10–15 minutes).
4. When the chicken is nearly finished, put the pineapple rings on the grill
to brown.
5. Serve the chicken, topped with the pineapple, with additional Teriyaki
sauce, if desired.

4 slices bacon
1 large tomato, sliced
½ cup mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
4 slices bread (each about 1

thick)
1. Preheat the grill on 4 (350
o
F).
2. Cook the bacon on the grill area.
3. While the bacon is cooking, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on 1 side
of each slice of bread.
4. Cook 1–2 slices of bread at a time on the flat griddle area, mayonnaise
side down, until toasted to your preference.
5. Spread the remaining mayonnaise generously on the untoasted side of
each piece of bread and assemble 2 sandwiches with bacon, lettuce and
tomato.
