4.3.3
Tank function
When the function is enabled, the relevant LED stays on.
This command brings the water temperature to 65°C
Initially the heat pump runs until the water temperature reaches 56°C, then it goes off, and the resistance
is switched of until temperature reaches 65°C.
Once temperature has reached 65°C the system switches back to standard operation (the function is
automatically disabled).
4.3.4
Comfort function
When the function is enabled, the relevant LED stays on.
Activating this function when the heat pump is running will switch on the air heating resistance and cause
the fan LED to blink.
The air resistance stays on until the end of the heat pump heating cycle, while the function stay on for 30
more minutes, or until it is disabled manually.
4.3.5
Air heating function
When the function is enabled, the relevant LED stays on.
Enabling this function will activate the fan and the air heating resistance , irrespective of the heat pump
status.
This function is disabled automatically after 30 minutes.
The cooling fan goes off 30 seconds after the switch-off of the air heating resistance.
NB: the “Comfort” and “Air heating” functions cannot be on at the same time (they are mutually
exclusive).
4.3.6
Water heater switch-on / switch-off
When the water heater is off two dots appear on the display.
Under normal operating conditions, to switch on the water heater you need to press the tank function
enabling button until the temperature indicator display goes on.
Under normal operating conditions, to switch off the water heater you need to hold the tank function
enabling button pressed for some seconds, until the display indicating the temperature goes off and the
two dots are shown.
At the next switch-on the water heater settings will match those that were enabled when the equipment
was switched off.
NB: The heat pump activates 5 min after the switch-on.
4.3.7
Anti-Legionella function
The automatic anti-Legionella cyclical function is activated after 5 minutes at every system start (presence of 220V
mains voltage), and then every 15 days. This time is recalculated whenever the water temperature reaches 65°C; as
a consequence, if the tank function is enabled and water reaches 65°C, the timer of the anti-Legionella function is
reset.
This function activates the heat pump until temperature reaches 56°C, then switches it off, while switching on the
resistance until temperature reaches 65°C. As long as this function is enabled the measured temperature and the
"EL" indication (Eliminating Legionella) will alternately appear on the display
