Per una maggiore sicurezza gli operatori dovranno indossare
scarpe antinfortunistiche, guanti, occhiali di protezione, cuffia
antirumore; NON dovranno indossare indumenti che possano
offrire appigli o impedire i movimenti dell’operatore.
L’operatore deve essere in grado di:
- leggere e comprendere le avvertenze di pericolo.
- comprendere le caratteristiche della macchina.
- mantenere le persone non autorizzate lontane dalla zona
di lavoro.
- verificare che la messa in moto della macchina sia stata
effettuata nell’osservanza di tutte le norme e regole valide in
materia.
- assicurarsi che ogni operatore sia a conoscenza e che sap-
piano impiegare la macchina in modo corretto e sicuro.
- evitare il contatto dei componenti sotto tensione o in pressione
senza che la macchina non sia stata scollegata dalla
rete elettrica o pneumatica.
- leggere e comprendere il manuale uso e manutenzione per
un uso corretto e sicuro della macchina.
- custodire il manuale uso e manutenzione in luogo di facile
accesso per eventuale consultazioni se necessario.
- E’ vietato l’uso dello smontagomme a persone diversa-
mente abili nel caso la cui diversa abilità pregiudichi la
sicurezza di uso.
- Ogni e qualsiasi manomissione o modifica dell’apparecchia-
tura non preventivamente autorizzate dal costruttore
sollevano quest’ultimo da ogni responsabilità per danni
derivati o riferibili agli atti suddetti.
- La rimozione o manomissione dei dispositivi di sicurezza
comporta la decadenza immediata della garanzia e la
violazione delle Norme Europee per la Sicurezza.
- Lo smontagomme è corredato di decalcomanie di istruzione
ed avvertenze progettate e realizzate per durare nel
tempo,nel caso di deterioramento, l’utilizzatore puo’ richie-
derne a ricambio.
For greater safety, operators shall wear health & safety foo-
twear, gloves, protection goggles and protective headphones;
they shall NOT wear any form of clothing that could get caught
up or restrict the operator’s movements.
The operator must be able to:
- read and understand the danger warnings.
- understand the characteristics of the machine.
- keep unauthorised people away from the work area.
- make sure the machine is started in full observance of all the
applicable safety standards and regulations.
- make sure all operators are familiar with the machine and
how to use it safely and correctly.
- avoid touching live parts or pressurised parts without first
disconnecting the machine from the electrical mains and
pneumatic power supply.
- read and ensure full comprehension of the use and main-
tenance manual to be able to use the machine correctly and
safely.
- keep the use and maintenance manual with care in an easily
accessible place so that it can be consulted whenever need be.
- People with disabilities are not allowed to use the tyre
changer as far as they cannot operate this safely due to their
disabilities.
- Tampering or modifications to the equipment that are not
authorised in advance by the manufacturer relieve the latter
from all forms of liability with regard to damages deriving from
or referable to such actions.
- Removal or tampering with the safety devices provides
grounds to immediately annul the warranty and involves vio-
lation of European Safety Standards.
- The tyre changer is equipped with informative and warning
adhesive plates that are designed and produced to last in time.
If they should deteriorate, the user may request replacement
plates.
