Pressing <Enter> on this item. Then, a message will prompt you to confirm:
Save configuration changes and exit setup?
Pressing [OK] stores the selection made in the menus in CMOS - a special
section of memory that stays on after you turn your system off. The next time
you boot up your computer, the BIOS will configure your system according
to the Setup selections stored in CMOS. After saving the values by clicking
[OK], the system is going to restart again.
Save Changes and Exit
Discard Changes and Exit
Exit system setup without saving any changes.
Click [OK] to confirm.
Load Optimal Defaults
When you press <Enter> on this item, you get a confirmation dialog box con

taining a message as below:
Load Optimal Defaults?
[OK] [Cancel]
Pressing [OK] loads the BIOS Optimal Default values for all the setup
configurations.
