Brake system
To UNLOCK the parking position, push the Rear Brake Command

and move the lever

with the other
hand to the second position, release the Brake
(a)
and switch on the board computer to start your ride.
To LOCK the parking position, push the Rear Brake Command
(a)
and move the lever with the other hand
to the original first position, release the Brake
(a)
. Check if the Parking Lock is really locked. In that position,
the basic Roll (Tilt)-Lock is also active. There is an additional Roll-Lock System which can be activated

while parking. It is not intended to be used while driving. To de-activate the tilting, push the lever
(c)
until
it locks. To release it and activate the tilting system push the button
(d)
until the lever goes back to its
original position.
Do not forget to LOCK the parking position and the Roll-Lock when leaving the bike, as your
GLEAM Cargo eBike is in danger to lose balance otherwise or may roll away!
6.2.
Change gears
The Enviolo Automatic Gear Hub shifts
automatically between “gears” according to the
rpm-Setup (how fast the driver has to pedal) of
the driver. To change the preferred rpm-rate,
push the “i
-
Button” for 2 seconds at the Bosch
Support Setup i
(c)
until you see Enviolo on the
screens and then push the Bosch Support Setup
(+/-) Buttons to change between higher and lower
pedal rate on the Display. Standard pedal rate
(rpm) should be around 55.

Gear down before a climb and continue gearing down as required to maintain pedalling speed.
On the descent, use the high gears to avoid rapid pedalling. Do not exceed a comfortable speed!
