This manual covers servicing tasks that require specific knowledge and tools. GLEAM
recommends that you leave all service to a GLEAM authorized dealer. Riding an incorrectly
maintained eBike may result in serious injury!
Switch off the eBike System, remove batteries and On-board computer before servicing the
eBike. Risk of electric shock or injury from accidental activation of the eBike drive!

Recommended service schedule
Having maintenance carried out following the
GLEAM service plan will keep your GLEAM Series
X in top shape. The check-ups and adjustments
that are part of regular maintenance will prevent
breakage and costly repairs. Regular dealer
maintenance will also make your bike more
valuable in case of resale. Make sure to fill out the
model information and owner information and to
have your GLEAM dealer fill out the maintenance
forms in the GLEAM Registration book every
time.
Your GLEAM dealer will have saved all serial
numbers of relevant bike parts in their system.
Also, the frame number, in case of thievery.
When to service? The most accurate indicator of when your GLEAM Cargo eBike needs service
is the total distance travelled. The Bosch On-board computer can display this information
(odometer). Check the odometer and compare with the service record to find out how many km
you have ridden since last service.
Refer to the user manual for the On-board computer for information on activating the
"odometer" readout. Found at

Do not ride the bicycle if you discover any malfuntions or if any the components are damaged
or not functioning. Risk of serious injury! Have the Cargo eBike servived by a GLEAM authorized
dealer immediately.
