Step 3. Pull down the collar on the handlebar to release the collar lock. Lift the handlebar grips
until the left and right t-bar collars (C) snap into place and the handle grips are locked in the
operating position.
Step 4. Install the bottle holder using the Allan wrench and screws included in the package on the
vertical handle bar. There are 2 screws and a small collar included in each package. Install the
long screw together with the collar on the top position as show above. Then install the short
screw in the lower position.
Step 5. Open the handl
ebar’s quick release lever (D) to allow the upper telescope handlebar to be
pulled.
