Your E-bike is guaranteed for normal use for 1 year.
The conditions of the present warranty only apply if the product is bought on the territory of the Australian
overseas departments and territories, and remains there. No seller or distributor may modify the terms of this
warranty unless the seller or distributor replaces the warranty conditions with its own warranty terms at the
head of its company.
Exclusion of warranty:
- Failure to observe the usual precautions will void the warranty.
- The commercial warranty is strictly limited to the replacement and /or repair, of the parts recognized as
defective.
- Do not open the battery, the motor wheel, the watertight cover containing the controller.
- Are excluded from the warranty, replacement or repairs resulting from normal wear and tear of parts(tyres,
wearing parts, etc.) , use of other equipment than original ones.
- Lower battery life resulting from normal battery wear up to 25% during the warranty period.
- The contractual warranty only applies for the first user and is not transferable.
- The warranty will be refused if damage has been caused by abuse or accident.
