TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Before any troubleshooting commences make sure the battery has a full charge!

Does the lift raise or lower
NO
(a)
Check to ensure the red button on the top is turned clockwise and up.
(b)
Check the battery connection and reconnect
(c)
Ensure that both the handset and actuator plugs are fully inserted
(d)
Check the cables for damage
(e)
Check to see if the battery has 24+ volts using a multimeter or volt
meter
(f)
Listen for relay clicking in the control unit when the buttons are
depressed.
(i)
If you hear clicking, disconnect the plug going to the actuator and
reconnect making sure it is fully pushed in.
(ii)
If not, disconnect the handset plug and reconnect making sure it is
fully pushed in. Also ensure the battery is making good connection
