Assembling the product
Assembling the handlebar (see page 2)
1. Loosen the screw of the clamp with the Allen key provided.
2. Insert the handlebar into the stem of the fork while paying attention to the position of
the base. The vertical part of the fork should be at the front and the wide part of the
mudguard should be at the back.
3. Position the clamp with the 2 screws on the back side of the tube
4. Turn the Allen key, which should be properly placed at the head of the lower screw,
1 or 2 times to start tightening WITHOUT FORCING THE SCREW and WITHOUT
BLOCKING IT (A). Repeat the process with the upper screw also making sure to NOT
FORCE or BLOCK IT (B).
5. The tightening of the screws should be progressive and successive(between 5 to 10
times), so as not to damage the screws and the clamp, until they are locked in place.
6. Those who do not have enough strength to tighten the screws with the Allen key
provided might find that using a different tool may be easier.
After each use make sure that the screws are tightly in place so that the handlebar
doesn’t detach itself.
Adjust the height
Open the quick lock and pull the steering column until the bullet into hole then tighten
the quick lock. To adjust the tightness of the quick lock, tighten or loosen the screw.
