DOWNLOADING,
INSTALLING and
CONNECTING the
LUXcontrol APP to
YOUR HANDHELD
DEVICE
GM Lighting’s LUXcontrol
app is a free utility that
enables total control
over your residential
or commercial lighting
application, along with
other appliances that the
app may find.
Follow the step by step
instructions at right. If
you are having difficulty,
check your Wi-Fi
connection and insure
that your SHWP Smart
Home Plug is inserted into
the wall outlet all the way
and operates properly.
1. Download and install
the App LUX Control
2. Open the App and
press “Add Device”
3. Press “Auto Scan” on
top to start pairing
4. During Auto Scan, cycle
plug On/Off 3 times until
it blinks.
5. Found Plug! Press
“Next”.
6. Plug added! Press
“Done” at upper left.
3. Press the paired
Plug.
Ready to configure and use!
