ANNUAL INSPECTION CHECKLIST
7. Clean up any oil that may have spilled. Properly discard the used oil.
8. Clean the inside of the hydraulic tank using a mild solvent. Allow the tank to dry
completely.
9. Re-install the hydraulic tank, taking great care not to damage the o-ring seal, install and
tighten the hydraulic tank retaining fasteners. Torque to specification.

10. Install the hydraulic power pack into the component tray. Install the fitting and
hydraulic hoses onto the hydraulic power pack and torque.
11. Fill the tank with hydraulic oil to the middle of the dipstick. Do not overfill.
12. Activate the pump to fill the hydraulic system with oil and bleed the system of air.
COMPONENT DAMAGE HAZARD. THE PUMP CAN BE DAMAGED IF OPERATED WITHOUT OIL.
BE CAREFUL NOT TO EMPTY THE HYDRAULIC TANK WHILE IN THE PROCESS OF FILLING THE
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. DO NOT ALLOW THE PUMP TO CAVITATE.
