TROUBLESHOOTING
Laminating Roller is not operated.
1. If laminating roller safety cover's switch is opened.
1. Close the Laminating Roller Salfety Cover SW.
2. If motor for laminating roller or belt is damaged.
2. Ask to a supplier.
3. Fuse is short cuircuit
3. Replace it with Fuse (250V/8A) that is packed in the machine.
Feeding Distance is not stable.
1. If PAPER LENGTH set up is wrong.
1. Set up a proper length with adjust of "LENGTH" button on control panel.
Refer to the "LENGTH".
2. If PAPER LENGTH is not same each other.
2. Use the same length of papers.
Substrates are not fed.
1. If both ends of sustrate has big curl and they contact to feeder.
1. Make the paper flat.
2. If substrate is on less than 2 conveyor belt.
2. Substrate must be on the more than 3 conveyor belts.
Substrates are twisted.
1. If substrates are not on the feed table properly.
1. Use Paper Guide.
2. If tension on conveyor belt is not stable.
2. Adjust tension with Conveyor Belt Tension Adjustment Bolt.
Refer to the "CONVEYOR BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT".
3. If paper guide is not in straight.
Stop during lamination.
1. If E-STOP SW is pressed.
1. Release the E-STOP SW.
Refer to the "EMEGENCY STOP SWITCH".
2. If feeding error is occurred and it makes long gap
2. Feed a new paper with "LOADING" button on control panel.
