Bonding is not good.
1. If print colors are in blackish.
(Silvering is occurred.)
2. If laminating roller pressure is not sufficient.
2. Increase its pressure with Pressure Controller.
Refer to the "Roller Pressure Adjustment".
3. If laminating roller temp. is lower.
3. Increase Roller Temp.
Decrease Roller Speed.
4. If speed is faster than laminator roller temp.
4. Decrease Roller Speed.
Increase Roller Temp.
Papers are folded.
1. If paper has large amount of humidity or if the paper

1. If a feeding error is occurred in initial job start or paper condition is changed.
1. For film loadin, insert a paper into laminating roller.
In this case, film could be stuck on the roller.
Wrinkle on laminated results.
1. If thinner paper is laminated.
1. GMP doesn't recommend the following paper spec. (80~120g/㎡)
2. This trouble could be occurred as grain of paper.
3. Humidity in the paper could make the trouble.
3. Use enough dried paper.
4. Higher temp. makes the trouble.
4. Decrease the Roller Temp.
